I used this post to remove my 99 V70 rear drive shaft. I have detached it from the front and the rear. I can't get it through the metal circle in the middle. Do I need to take a hammer to the ends of the part, to get the circle part where the 6 bolts were located, off? I am so frustrated at the mome...

Did you have to support the engine somehow?

I need to replace the lower and upper mounts and I am wondering how you went about it?

Should I replace the upper first before going at the lower?
