Honestly if your car is boosting 12psi with the tune, then your cbv spring is done, or there is some type of small leak in your vac lines. Those 3psi are bieng lost somehwere with or without the tune. Mabye your wg is out of adjustment but it doesn't seem like a big problem. My advice just stay pati...
