For the serpentine belt tensioner, no need to buy the IPD tool or using coins etc. Here is the $1.00 solution . VolvoTensionerTool.jpg 1. If you got a welder and the plug can be welded then just weld a lever on the plug 2. I used a Dremel to make flat sides on the plug. This wasn't going very well....
