Nicely done! I've been wanting to do this for a while, now I don't have any more excuses for putting it off. I especially like the idea of using a female connector and making it look factory.

I was considering trying this mod as well. The HU-813 has the cassette unit on top but the HU-613/650 has it sandwiched between the CD and radio. This could make it a little more difficult to get to the head unit. From what I understand about the mod you would still be able to play a regular tape so...
