I had basically the same problem with my V70 and I had a miss in cyl. 4 and 5 so it shook badly on take off. changed coil packs on both cylinders and all spark plugs while I was at it and now it works great. coil packs are anywhere from $50-80+ I buy most of my parts from autozone. hope this helps.
