Hoping someone has an idea here, the backlight on the radio is completely dark no light at all, this happened at the exact same time that the steering wheel controls went out.

any troubleshooting or quick fixes?

Can anyone give insight on how to remove the trim panel on the LH C pillar? mine has the SRS airbag stuff on the panel, and don't want to have any issues with that
