Thanks for your reply, I'll try what you suggested this coming week-end. I noticed that if the car is running with the hood opened, the fan doesn't move at all ? Is there a diagram that shows under the hood? I am not familiar with the Volvo. I purchased this car from NY and had it transported to CA....
