You can start by maybe checking the 3 bolts that holds the timing gear to the vvt if it is loose or if it got loose if not then check your tensioner for the timing belt but compitant individual must do the job, because the slightest mishap my drive you crazy

I tried pretty much everything I could consider that would cause that problem
nothing worked or fixed the problem
so far I changed out 3 coils, put in original plugs, o2 sensor, MAF, temp sensor and more.

Truthfully this is what took place.
When I was doing the head over I had to cut the oxygen sensor wire.
On that sensor there are two ground wires one for the heater and the other goes to the throttle.

When I put the wire one way my OTC read MFR communication and the equus reads ETS irratic ...
