I've read alot on MVS about the ABS module faulting and needing to be replaced. My lights have started coming on, so I decided to do the basic things everyone else's done to rule out possible causes. Such as:

Ok, so the right front tire went flat today while I was at the market. No big deal, right? I decided to put the spare on the right rear and move the right rear tire to the right front. FWD car, after all.

Except...no sooner had I removed the right front tire than the jack made a strange "pop" noise ...

Resolved: the vacuum lines to the wastegate and the air intake were swapped. Stupid mistake. I checked this so many times, I'm not sure how I missed it. Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. Car's behaving very nicely now, and flies right up to 115 without breaking a sweat or blowing the hood off ...

So I replaced the PCV system, cleaned the EGR, cleaned the throttle body and the intake manifold, serviced the injectors, and replaced the vacuum lines and intercooler hoses with silicone tubes/hoses. Necessary gaskets, etc., also re-done, of course. Previously replaced the TCV about two weeks ...

i prefer just cleaning the existing system other than replacing anything other than the hose going from the ptc nipple to the oil trap which is usually the only part that beaks when removing and needs replacing. everything else just needs to be cleaned. beware of the dipstick bracket and intake ...
