There is a software upgrade that may fix this. Along with blend door motor calibration. It may be a bad motor, or the armature has fallen off, or something is blocking the blend door.

Is the noise there when driving? Or just stationary? Have you applied the brake pedal and parking brake multiple times since replacement? pads may not be seated. Or the backing plate got bent and it's rubbing on the rotor, causing a squeal.

If this is a turbo, the nipple is part of the piece that the banjo bolt goes through. Take the bolt out and you will see a small hole in the assembly. That is the nipple. Also could be clogged air passages in the block where the oil trap box connects. Or a leak at that connection.

It's usually a broken plastic piece of plastic on the shifter assembly. Remove the bezel from around the shifter and look for a cracked yellow cap on the left side. It has a cable running thru it from the ignition switch. It is serviceable.
