i got same problem on my 2005 s60 2.5T AWD

I didnt know there is no guide on cam pully . so i took the both cam pully out. (dont know its spin or not)

but i algin the back of the camshaft straight. and i put all the part back. it is not starting.

any help? i think the cam shaft may spin already ...
