We have had that checked. The general consensus is it is leaking from the compressor and needs a new one. As I mentioned I don't want to spend good money after bad if this is a major expense for a car with 200,000 miles. Otherwise seems to run fine. Replaced the transmission a year ago.

Air comes on full blast at any temperature setting until manually adjusting blower long after temperature has been reach. Even if I turn up thermostat to 80 ...
