Okay. So the coolant not being there would cause the car not to accelerate? I hope its not the head gasket. D: I may have added too much water to coolant when i added coolant.

Hi there. My girlfriend's 1998 Volvo 90 began smoking and not powering when she was exiting a freeway. We opened the hood and found that this tube was destroyed. I am not sure what this is. We are taking it to my volvo guy friday but I was just curious if anyone knows what that tube does. Thank you!
