Ok...the motor I'm looking to buy came out of a 2000 XC70. So will the motor work in my car? I compared the head gaskets and th B5244T has more holes for coolant so my guess is the head off my motor won't work with that block. But I'd like to have a motor I can add more boost to.

Ok thanks. My plan was to reuse my head and install it on the B5244T block with the bigger turbo. Is there a big difference in the crankshaft,connecting rods and pistons?

Hey guys new to the site.. I have a 1999 S70 turbo awd. Blew the motor last week. So I'm on the hunt for a replacement. I found a low milage B5244T for a good price and my car has the B5254T. So my question is what is the main difference and will it work in my car? Thanks
