There's no need to remove the turbo?

I would rather leave it if it's not likely to cause problems?
I haven't touched the other three bolts so they are tight.

Yep, forgot to mention, coolant level was normal, did not notice level drop while engine was running. But shortly after shutting down the engine reservoir was empty.
Does that mean the car is done? I have heard there are some additives for this. How effective are they?

It smelled more like a paint. Or maybe like a paint solvent I should say. Not sure how to describe it.
I can't say it's a sweet smell though. More of a sharp smell.
You could definitely tell it's something that wasn't supposed to be there and burn.

Rspi you are right, I think the coupler is cracked. I replaced the clip but it leaks anyways. Or maybe the O-rings are bad. I want to bypass the coupler with heater hoses. In the meantime I replaced the temp sensor (genuine volvo) and the thermostat (Wahler). Now everything works fine except the maj...
