It's a 2,1 and I did clean out the vent and replaced the hoses.

1978 245 won't pass DEQ
Hi all I'm new here and have a problem with my volvo It runs pretty good over all but does have a few problems. if you get it to idle cold it is to high when hot and if you set the idle hot then it wont idle cold also it wont pass DEQ because of high CO. I have already replace Cap, Rotor, Plugs ,Air...
