Other noises:
Sounds like something is rubbing or draging the break,
moderate vibration (mechanical) with low speed acceleration( i.e. going over speedbumps)

Thanks for the clarfication. I have already had the front struts replaced, but I am still getting a cliking and knocking sound from the front left side when turning the wheel sharply in either direction.. Any ideas on what needs replacing?

What is the difference between fwd and awd front suspension? I found a kit that is for a full overhaul bit it is for awd only. I would like to know so I maybe wont have to spend the extra $200 on the extra party's for the fwd kit.(extra parts meaning control arms, end links, and tie rods)

So the misfire was caused by the cam seal behind the distributor. Cap was full of oil and cam seal peices. All replaced plus new plugs and coil. Now off to replace PCV. Dipstick tube IS smoking. Thanks for everybody's help.

Is this essentially the same as over hauling the PCV system? Just not buying a pre-assembled kit? And where would I (or others) go about finding these seperated parts, by part numbers givin?(the clamps are really hard). Sorry for so many questions, this is my next project. Going stage 0.

Ok, so new wires are added to the mix. And what is the best method of cleaning the cam sensor without damaging it. Should I use MAF cleaner or carb cleaner or something completely different? Thank you everyone again for your help and support.

Replacing plugs with volvo oem, new fuel filter, water pump, seals(cam), coil, and oil change. Is there a way to clean the PCV system without completely having to replace it? Thanks for your help and support. Edit** new timing belt also.

No nothing coming out of my dip tube, however my oil looks gunky at the tip of the dipstick. A light brown tannish color

So I purchase my S70 for $800 broken. It wouldn't start when I bought it. Turns out it was a timing issue. Re-aligned the timing, changed the plugs for Denso platinum, Denso wires, Bosch cap and rotor, it started right up. It drove great for about two months, until l decided to see what it could do....
