What ever happened with your DOA ebay radio? Was it a faulty part or a software flash needed? I just did the same thing, got my new (to me) radio and nuthin. My radio ID part numbers are the exact same (manufactured the same month) but I get absolutely nothing. I just want to know this is a doa unit...
