Re: pulls while braking
Hate to resurrect an old thread but I am having this same issue but I have already replaced the outer tie rods, LCA's and ball joints( had bad rear bushings on LCA's, one bad tie rod and both lower ball joints). When applying the brakes lightly there is a little shutter but if you brake hard the car...

Re: anti-lock service required/anti-skid temporaily off
I did try to repair the module and it appeared to be OK for about a week after the repair attempt, then just the anti-skid warning came back, went back off for a few days, then both abs service and anti-skid are back on again. I have not gotten back in there to clean the ABS sensors on the wheels bu...

Re: anti-lock service required/anti-skid temporaily off
Thanks for the feed back and lead on a place to purchase the module. I have not yet got to the project but am glad I don't have to have the dealer code the module like they said they would have too if I got a used one. I printed this and put in my Volvo folder for future reference.
Thanks
Keith

Front O2 sensor locations
Dealer provided a readout that shows a code for the front heated O2 sensor bank2. Is bank2 located right or left hand side of the XC? Dealer wants $550 to replace one sensor.
Thanks

Re: Which brake pressure sensor?
I have run into the same trouble on an '05 XC90. I have yet to test them but from what I have read in the forums is that they could be interchanged and to test them both to determine which sensor is actually faulty. I hope to check mine this weekend, time permitting, and will post results.

Re: Volvo XC90 - Why you love yours!
We purchased a 2005 XC90 T6 in Dec 2011 w/85k and just this month with 99964 it lost it's tranny battle. Volvo paid 100% of the actual repair. We love the car, the power, the ride... it's just solid. On our trip to Florida from Ohio on the return trip traffice was horrendous but moving. Fast doing a...

anti-lock service required/anti-skid temporaily off
on my '05 XC90 I am gettingt this message intermittently. While it was in getting the transmission, radiator an lines replaced(yes a T6 under 100k) Volvo paid all but $700(diagnostic), I had them read the codes for the ABS. They were BCM-0133 and BCM-0070. The latter meaning the module. Is there a w...
