I found the rooth off my problems an leak in the vacuum hose that goes from the intake manifold to the back of the fuel pressure regulator.

All problems solved.

A few months ago i brought the car for an new distrubution belt. After the installation a heard a rattel so i went back to the dealer and he forgot to change the pulleys, so he changed the pulleys after all.
