Thanks for the information. I went to a local auto parts store and they have a kit you can have for up to 30 days to use. It had a thin bar with a stationary 3/8 drive to fit the 14mm socket on. I put that on the bolt on the center of the pulley and it was so easy to move. Yes it is a two sided belt...

It is an original, so that is why I don't see any Torx or regular socket hole in bracket. I am not sure what a ring spanner is. Can I get one at a local auto parts dealer?
