1994 850 How to read B codes

As you can see in the attachment, the A side has a light and a button, but the B side has neither. I've ...

Re: 1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
Solved
Thanks for all of your help. I finally got all of my remotes to program. It turned out that the Alarm Relay was not completely seated, it must have jiggled loose over time. The alarm relay is the red one in the enclosed picture, basically located above your left leg when seated in the ...

Re: 1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
I thought I knew where the connector was for the tailgate sensor but now I'm not sure. Do you know where the sensor is? Is the white connector with the red wrap on the wire the connector for the alarm sensor?

Re: 1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
I know the rear tailgate locks and unlocks but I don't know if the sensor necessarily works. I have had some issues with the tailgate closing properly in the past, and I just noticed that I can't manually lock and unlock it with the key anymore because the key cylinder completely fell out, just a ...

Re: 1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
Well, thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately nothing has worked.
The good news is I think my alarm works now. I noticed someone had unplugged the hood latch sensor, so I hooked it back up and now the alarm light on the dash will light. It's off when the vehicle is unlocked and when I lock it ...

Re: 1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
Thanks Rick for clarifying the procedure, however, I have used it exactly as posted to no avail.
Thanks Erik for your suggestions, I'll try them today.
Do your alarms work on your vehicles? Does the alarm light ever illuminate? I'm wondering if somehow the alarm system ties into the receiver and is ...

1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode
I have a 1994 Volvo 850 Non-turbo Wagon. I have one remote that locks and unlocks all doors and the rear wagon door. However, I would like to program an extra remote to lock and unlock the vehicle but cannot get the wireless remote receiver to enter program mode. I’ve tried the procedure of locking ...

Re: 1994 Volvo 850 Remove & Replace Manual HVAC Control
Thanks, I figured it wouldn't be easy.
1) Do the cable ends attach like a shoulder socket and just snap on and off, or are they screwed on?
2) Do you have to disconnect the cables from wherever they go first and then pull the control out with the cables attached, or are you able to disconnect them ...
