I've finally managed to take apart my door cover for my '97 850 passenger side window.

Facts:

1) Motor working
2) Window all the way up
3) Can move about 1/2 inch to the top
4) Came down 1 inch when pulling negative side battery terminal

That's good you found a solution. Wanted to ask where is the damper motor located? And what main function does this part do?

A quick thought. Does the electrical circuits tend to be used more upon driving the car as opposed to standing idle? Because, I had all the lights on including the interior while idling for a good 20 minutes without ocurrence of the intermittent sensors flashing.

Have you checked the pcv valve or the oxygen sensor? A simple change on a pcv valve for a car in the past help solve this problem.

Well, I tried jiggling the key as asked, but it seems fine. I also forgot too mention that I replaced the headlight bulb to 9006 55W hid's and the fog light bulbs to H3's 55W as well and so far the sensors on the dashboard ocurred only during the night when having both the head and fog lights on ...
