Found the solution myself. A couple of much smaller star screws holding it together

The directional arm broke and I want to remove and replace it. How do I remove the plastic column case just below the steering wheel? I have already removed the 2 star headed screws but there are 2 more attachment spots towards the top outside corners that I can't seem to seperate. Whats the trick?
