Re: S70 2.5t misfire
I found after going over a year with the same issue and replaced everything that the culprit was the thermostat sensor that's at the thermostat housing. A $13 part plus a new thermostat while I was there. ECU reads the temp wrong from the sensor and adds more fuel to the mix to cool the temp. Also, ...

fuel pump mod
My original fuel pump died... but after 22 years and a 200,000 miles it was time. The replacement was not a straight forward plug and play for my 98 V70T5m. The replacement pump # 0580 314 067 I received from FCP is not a direct fit into the OEM housing assembly in my car. The original bosch pump # ...

Re: codes I can't clear
I finally got rid of all the codes. After slowly testing every sensor with my volt meter I noticed the cam sensor was a little off. I noticed the bosch OEM cam sensor's wire clip was cracking and seemed to be grounding out. I temporarily repaired it and made sure there were no other wires in that ar...

Re: '98 V70t5 ABS/Tracs warning light issue
Finally after years of having the ABS light on and fault codes I finally got things back to normal. I had changed the abs module a few times, a few wheel sensors and bleed the brakes without previous success. I had noticed on very cold days the light would be off on the dash until the car warmed up....

Re: 1998 S70 Fuel pressure regulator - Bad Vacuum lines to FPR
I haven't seen an oem or bosch fpr for my 98 on ebay in 6 months. however, after doing some research it seems the specs on the bosch 0280160574 which is the one in my 98 t5m is a 3.8bars fpr. The bosch 0280160575 is for 4bars. bosch does make 3.8bar fpr #0280160689. It is also a lot more expensive. ...

Re: 1998 S70 Fuel pressure regulator - Bad Vacuum lines to FPR
Hello all and happy holidays. the volvo fuel reg for the 98 v70t5 is no longer available from volvo (1275711) or bosch (0280160574). I called bosch and they were not helpful. I asked what the specs were and if Bosch 0280160575 was the same specs. If any one knows if the two are interchangeable it wo...

Re: yahoo closing groups
Hi Matt, thank for responding back. If you can let me know who hosts your site. so I can pass the info over to the Beneteau 423 group it would be appreciated. they're talking about Groups.io, but a lot of info would be lost in the transfer. And it seems it's not possible to download the site to a pr...

yahoo closing groups
hello everyone,
As many of you know Yahoo is closing down its groups section.
A few of the groups I'm on are looking for options where to migrate to.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. IE: who hosts this site.
thanks,
michael
