Update - All electronics and sensors checked, nothing was problematic. Looks like the pump driver of the BCM was replaced. The V70 did also have a torn axle boot and needed a new lower control arm but they didn't think this would set off the brake warning and limp mode intermittently. Over 40 miles ...
