The tool will allow some diagnostics and ability to turn off the after blow (not sure that is your problem). All my experience is with this car, not bikes. I would check tank venting, just not sure how that is accomplished on the bike, but it should have some ability to vent air into the tank (to replace the void left by consumed fuel). Hope that helps.
