So, it turns out it was my ecm. I'm guessing some internal relay for the fuel system got fried. I bought a new one and installed it and it started right up and ran fine. But now I went to start it again, and the ecm is toast again! What the heck is causing this?

I will check the reference center.
I just tested my injectors, and to ground I am getting 2 volts. Which I'm assuming is not good.
I replaced the double relay about two years ago when I had similar issues. Bit do you know of any ways to test it?

Okay, so I've replaced the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, ignition coil, ignition rotor. I checked all the spark plugs, tested them and the spark is perfect. Okay, so recently I went to go start my car and it would just turn over and not start. It was acting as if it were getting 0% fuel or spark. I let it sit with the key on for 1 minute and it starts up just fine and will run fine also. I'm assuming it's taking this minute to pressurize the fuel system...
