Just came back. They stated they are doing a full blown tune up. They were able to get the car started but it was running rough. I took it to the Volvo guy a few months ago and he stated only the spark plugs needed to be changed at the time. Obviously that wasn't the case....

I'm not sure what Firestone has done. I think I may have steered them in the wrong direction by saying "it must be the fuel pump"....so it must not be.

On my way home from the interstate yesterday, I noticed that my car started to jerk when I would get off the gas pedal. When I would press it again, it would jerk....almost like a person who can't change gears on a stick shift.

I took your advice and got contact cleaner from Radio Shack and applied it. No luck. Any other ideas?

So I read up on a way to pull up the window switch box in the center. I removed the top two plugs and sprayed them with contact cleaner. It's only the Driver's window that doesn't work, but those plugs I removed...are any of those plugs I removed for the driver window or is it just for the side ...

My wife is driving my car and claims she has no idea the window didn't work. Do I have to dismantle something to clean the switch?

So needless to say that I found out in the drive thru of Wendy's that my driver window doesn't go down. All other windows work just fine and I can hear it click when I press the down button, but nothing happens. Help! Where do I start looking?
