Timing
Thanks for the diagram, I have now timed the car aok.
Do you know if the intermediate shaft turns a balance shaft? or is it just there to complete the timing belt setup, as this shaft is not needed to turn the Distributor anymore.

Hi I am just replacing the head gasket on a car I purchased with a blown headgasket. Looking ahead, I was trying to find out where the intermediate shaft timing marks are, there is a mark on the pulley, but I am unsure what to line it up to. The crank and cam shafts are no problem.
