Re: '94 850T5 (Aust.) fuel pump, Bosch info confusion

Thanks guys. Yes, I am only interested in the 'insider' Bosch information and have purchased the Bosch 0 580 314 077-48x from the Au seller. Hoping the sock (long thin rectangle shape) won't hit tank as opposed to the standard 'tomestone' shaped & shorter one supplied with 69693. The pump motor ...

Re: '94 850T5 (Aust.) fuel pump, Bosch info confusion

Seller is based QLD. Filter sock definitely not the same as orig. My 'original' fuel pump is the 0 580 453 037 and 43mm wide so may not need to remove the black casing. Was really looking for some 'in the know' info on official Bosch part numbers but thanks for the tips guys none the less, I might b...

Re: 1994 850 T5 a damaged connector under hood, what is it off

On mine, a '94T5 that connector doesn't connect to anything but is located to the right of the master in between the VIN window and the screw holding doen the wiper/plenum plastic cover INSIDE the engine bay just near the metal lip that runs across.

'94 850T5 (Aust.) fuel pump, Bosch info confusion

G'day from WA, Australia peeps. I've been wanting to replace my T5 fuel pump and am aware that there are 3 different genuine Bosch part numbers: 0 580 453 033 , 0 580 453 037 and 0 580 314 067 which seems to be the latest. The thing is, I have been looking at the official Bosch 'site and an eBay au ...

Re: 1994 850 no start: fuel, spark, but no injector pulse

Hi. I recently serviced (ie replaced) the pcv system, removing the inlet manifold. And most of the protective (plastic) shielding around the wires was brittle and crumbly - perfectly understandable your situation of having a bad earth. I found two earth wires just above the starter and I think there...
