Found a wiring diagram and finally got the ECM out. Looks like the ground from the CPS to pin 3 (ground) has continuity to pin 65, but the others do not (pin 57 for power and 47 for the signal). Both pin 2 and pin 3 read 5v, not battery voltage. Using the instructions, I think I am at the verification section which says to check the cable between sensor terminal 3 and ECM A36.
