2004 xc70. appears though no confirmed yet I need a new converter. Trying to find a NON OEM as prices are stupid silly. Can anyone point me the direction of a NON OEM converter that people have had good luck with.

Has anybody found a repair kit or the adjuster sold separately? both adjusters on the back side bottom of the lights are broken. Can't seem to find any online. Hate to think I have to buy 2 new assemblies? Any help would be appreciated.

Compression is fine ( actually really good ). Leak down was fine ( no issues). Coolant system was pressurized overnight to check for leaks and zero to be had. So head is good and rings are good. question: all the hoses etc have been replaced on the pcv system. My concern is the bottom port opening for the oil trap may be clogged. Not sure if this matters. Took air hose and insert in dip stick tube. Air flowing out of oil spout as well as tube from oil trap to top of head. Still have smoke coming out of dip stick and oil spout area. smoke coming out tail pipe as well. wondering now if rings or turbo are bad but car ran smooth...
