At least i can do that again with a o-ring in place (abscate tips) to make it easier. So not to add confusion, PN/31325709 is the new Ba...

Re: doing a PCV replacement

Done with a clogged PCV! That Banjo bolt was a real pain to get started. I just did not mounted the Throttle unit onto the manifold to have room to start and for a spanner. The manifold bolt near the thermostat housing is quite tuff too! I did also used the trick with PN/30731007 it worked great! St...

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today....now sticky!!

There’s an improved one that doesn’t cough out the pin and ruin your engine. I’ll try to find the thread with all the part numbers to confirm. I will put notes on this thread once i'll start the PCV job. I see that FCP have all the kit needed. https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?...

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today....now sticky!!

Antoine, make sure you read the threads on the banjo bolt ..the right one to buy ...installation tips. It can be really tough. Thanks i'll do. I did the PCV on the P1 V70 5 years ago following the threads on this forum, but it looks easier than the P2. Is the new Banjo bolt PN/ 31325709 correct? Wi...

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today....now sticky!!

Spruced up the turbo engine today. These intercooler silicone hoses are pretty well made for half the cost of OEM. The T-Bolt clamps are a bit over sized but they work great! Love the black silicone hoses. Some of the aftermarket silicone are neon blue which looks way too 'flashy' in my opinion. Ye...

I use normal jubilee clamps, have bad experiences with tbolt clamps. They look like tough clamps and sensitive to tight them, you don't know if you gonna crush the plastic pipe. Will see if it fits long time. I couldn't get the original jubilee tight enough and had all this vapor oil sweating over ...
