I know Walmart ATF is a decent oil. However, I read from a forum that Walmart in Canada sources recycled oil from local refinary and named their products Tune-It instead of Supertech. So, I am looking for an alternative choice.

Try find a least busy highway/freeway and drive at a speed with steady throttle. Find an exit and idle at a nearby gas station/street. You can repeat the procedure until they monitors are "ready".
