How's your AC blowing? Icy cold? Probably not. I have an '06 XC70 with this noise last August. It sounded like a helicopter taking off. I took it to a quick lube shop and they topped up my AC with a can of refrigerant (I wouldn't recommend this option). Noise went away. 5 months later it came back. ...
