ok All valves are working Purge, Shut off and SAS. Here's the problem They all be the same voltage of just under 7V. I think they need 12v and ideas? All Wires are good.

What is a VRD?

I have voltage to the canister purge valve. (fan shroud) Is there another purge valve in the system? Maybe near the fuel tank?

We are selling the old 1998 S70 and just as I am taking the check the CEL come on. My Code reader says P0447. I erased all code and withing 10 sec it comes back. The SAS sytem is all good with new air pump and functioning valve. No bad wires. Ive checked the evap valve on the fan shroud teted good ...
