If your ETS light is on you have to deal with that first. Its a matching ETB, Xmodex, or rebuilding it - choose your poison.

Theres no magical workaround once the ETB goes kaput.


Well it has been replaced with a Xmodex one..I'm going to try the ECU connector today and see if it is nasty..Like ...

Tks for the fuel pressure reply..I will check all hoses,seems like I did already but never hurts to double check..Kind of an update.....I found a coil that was intermittent and replaced it.So far it seems to be idling better,haven't driven it around yet,plan on doing that today..Will update results ...

Well let's do it this way.I have 55lbs of fuel pressure at all time.Is this correct ?

I have not done anything with the ECU,but who knows I bought the thing used a couple years ago..OK I will see about the ECU connector,,where is the ECU in this car,under hood,under seats,in trunk ?
