Mecheng, I had the same issue you did reaching the torx bolt. In fact I stripped the torx head, much to my dismay. Basically, you have to remove the housing from the engine and then undo the torx bolt that holds the lines in. Even with universals, etc. I couldn't reach that damn bolt but it was easy...
