I have a Volvo 460 auto from 1992.

The key will not turn at all although it will go in and out, and the steering lock is also erratic.

Sometimes it locks but mostly it does not. So now I can't even start the car to take it to a garage...

I suspect the steering lock is preventing the key from ...
