Ok so i think its all clearing up. So to line up the crank, i have 2 marks on 2 of the ridges of the oil pump gear, and i have 1 mark on the block. Im assuming i center the 1 mark on the block between the 2 on the oil pump? Then i line up the slots on the back of the cams, one below and one above ...

Thanks for the replies guys. It dies have VVT but i left the hub on the cam and didnt remove it, so i shouldnt have to re-torque that.
