My 96 940 Turbo wagon starts on the third try and quits if the RPM's get too low at a light. I have heard that it may need fuel system cleaner or that it may have a vacuum leak. Any thoughts?
some other issue. How do you diagnose a vacuum leak if that is a likely cause?
