I removed fuse #6 and 23 under the hood and tried to start the car to sweep the ECU. That fixed my cruise control and rough start/idle problems but I'm still missing about 5 psi of boost.

I've done a quick check from air box to turbo looking for leaks and also vacuum lines. I haven't gotten super thorough so I'm not 100%. No hissing.

Upon starting the RPM hits 6000 then plummets to 400-500 rapidly and threatens to stall. After a minute idle levels off at about 800 steadily. Also my cruise control will not turn on at this point. While driving acceleration is sluggish and no matter how far down the pedal gets my boost pressure see...
