Thanks guys. I'm going to assume that people have used nivomats (and even the standard non leveling shocks) with a range of different sized stabilizer bars, including none at all, which will be the case when I install them. It's a slow 10valve car anyway, but it's used for hauling lots of stuff and ...

Hello. I'm adding nivomat shocks and nivomat springs to my car. I see that the stabilizer bar may need to be changed as well; I hope not, though. Thank you! I did just that and got Vida set up; it appears the flywheel is the same. I've yet to find any other internal engine differences as of yet. However the turbo is smaller - it's a 13g. Just for reference here are the part numbers: Crankshaft 2.0 = 9189283 2.3 = 9189284 Neither are available...

I found that the crankshaft and pistons are different. The connecting rod is the same. As is everything else with the possible exception of the flywheel. I need to look more into that.

First of all, please excuse my ignorance. Italian T5 engines are 2.0 with a shorter stroke of 77 mm compared to 90 mm on the 2.3 engine. I'm not sure what actually determines that. Is the cylinders longer on the 2.3 or is it determined completely by the piston stroke? Which would mean the only diffe...

Hey all. I've got an 850 wired up for front fog lights. The thing is that the previous owner basically converted it to a v70 - new hood, lights, fenders, bumper etc etc. So it requires v70 fog lights. But they use a different connection than the 850s. I had similar issues and new spark plugs and fuel filter solved it for about a year. It then got really bad to the point I could barely drive the car at times - and only when warm. Replacing the wires, cap and rotor fix it up perfectly. So if any of those parts are not done, I would change them all ...

My 850 turbo has a similar issue. Will start on the 2nd crank or so. The fuel pump is relativity new, so is it possible to change the check valve only?
