From reading about, it seems that the electrical failures are associated with starting the car with a screwdriver. A battery off reset will cure all of them except the srs failure notice. Clearing the fault codes should sort that out. Just need to pop out the plate off the bottom of the barrel and ...

Thanks for the reply. I'd come to pretty much the same conclusion with the electrical issues, I think the window/mirror issue is probably something different. I'll get the barrel fixed and do a reset and see where I stand.
