I have 143k on her now and the belt was replaced by the dealer at 72k. As per the manual I need to replace every 70k right?

What extra parts should I replace while I'm in there? I'll be buying the parts from FCPGROTON.

Just a note, I know you guys have later models and need the tool but if you have a 93-95 850 you don't need the tool, it can be reset under the hood in A7.

CORRECTION! I was wrong about which bulb was missing. My oil pressure light is functional (the light with the picture of the oil can). The bulb that is missing is labeled "Low Oil Level". Anyone know if this service light is functional on this vehicle?

Installed the new oil cap and seal today. I will monitor it and hope that fixes it.

went junk yarding today! Found a nice 93 850 GLT to take parts off of. I got the piece I needed to fix the air flap.

no such luck, the glue wouldn't hold up. There's too much pressure on that part of the plastic.

My Volvo dealer has the part for about 8 bucks so I'll pick one up next week.

Well it turns out that the linkage is broken (see pics). Luckily I found the broken end piece. Super Glue to the rescue! Hopefully that will work for a while anyway.

hah! I would have worried about that had I known when i bought the car that this particular bulb was missing. But I've personally put over 50k on it with no engine problems.
