My 12v charger is not working and I was wondering if anyone can tell me where the fuse is?

2009 C30 Car keeps blowing Fuse 35
Before I bring the car in to have someone look at the car I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on why I keep blowing fuse 35? What can I check?
