Did you clear the codes with VIDA-DiCE ?
If you replace it with used, there a fair chance the replacement has the same problem.

Re: CCM-0061/0063 DTC’s

CCM-0061 Recirculation damper motor.
CCM-0063 Right temperature damper motor.

In VIDA you can:
1. Double click on the DTCs to get the details,
2. Click on View Information at the bottom of the page.
3. Use search to find the Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information for the DTC.

Re: Regina 740 dies on right turns

Don't quote me on this but I think the 60 liter tank is aluminum and the 80 liter tank is plastic. Your rear suspension type should tell you which one you have. 1982 - 1990 Combined Tank Unit are different still. Need to make sure it not one of them. 1991 - 1992 740 60 liter Combined Tank Unit. http...

Re: Regina 740 dies on right turns

I put ramps at both right wheels to simulate the making a right turn and the fuel pressure went to zero within a few seconds. Have you figured out what the fuel balancing system is? Need to confirm by testing if the pump is not picking up fuel, being blocked/lost between the fuel pump and fuel rail...

Re: Cooling system problems - 2003 V40

Check the pressure cap. If the coolant system is not pressurized the boiling point will be lower then the design specs.

Re: Regina 740 dies on right turns

I am curious about where the fuel pump gets it's ground. Do you have a schematic of that location? When it stalls, does the engine shut down abruptly like somebody turned the key off or does it wind down over a period of a few seconds? Have you tried raising the right side then left side of the car...

No illustrations of the baffles or tank construction ... but: If you look at the picture above your see a reference to a "Equalizing pipe" . The screen shot is from the parts catalog under "Balancing system for fuel tanks" ....

Re: Need Help with a Part #, VIDA Diagrams included

You'll see it says that the part # in question has been discontinued and to use these two other part numbers, 30620749 AND 30850110 . I might go ahead and order them and see what happens. What do you think? They are $50.00 parts at a dealer. I would go get a good one out of a self service salvage y...
