When I pulled the DEM to have it repaired, the sensor on the left as you're looking at the cover, come out with it. Some fluid was lost. What fluid is needed and where can I add it if needed?

Transmission shifter, gear select lever.

When I start the car, there is a clicking noise under the shift lever. It does stop after a minute or two. I can feel the shift lever moving slightly. Car has 160K on it. Shifts fine after the clicking stops. I do not try to shift until it does stop. Any ideas?
