Just to finish this thread up from my end...

Changed out the fuel injectors for some refurb'd ones off ebay. Gave it a good blast to Notts and car now starts like a dream hot or cold.

FIXED!!!!

Guy's When I changed the FPR I noticed one of the fuel injectors looked a lot more ragged then the other 4. I cleaned it up and reinstalled it. The FPR was the last thing I changed and problem still persists. Interestingly it was cheaper to have one shipped from the US to the UK then to source one in the UK. As it obviously affects a Turbo and non Turbo it must be a part common to both. Forgot to mention I have changed the coolant temp sens...

Very interested in this thread as I have EXACTLY the same issue with my 95 T-5R, so far changed: Fuel pump Coil, Fuel pressure regulator (under fuel rail) Idle control valve CAM position sensor is fairly new anyway Good point raised about it being a heat soak issue.
